How have you mounted yours? i drilled a hole in the spare cap on the side of my 2wd header tank. Only thing is it leaks ever so slightly.

should i get a spec-r one? if so will they customise it so i can mount the sensor in it (ie drill a 1/8th BSP thread in it).

so how or where have you mounted yours?

I drilled a hole in my thermostat housing and tapped it then screwed in the sender

got any pictures of it? and where did ya get the correct size tap?

 

It just so happened the only tap i had in my tool box was the correct size mate!
Here is a pic of my bay as it was a few months ago you can just see the sender to the right of the thermostat

 

mmmmmmm i could kill 2 birds with one stone so to speak. Get the Spec-R like yours and have the sensor fitted there!!!
