Default zetec turbo fiesta si

iv set about the task of building my self a new engine for my fiesta si 1.6 zetec, nout to silly just a nice daily driver. but then if i need to show up some lil chav in his 1.2 corsa with 20inch wheels, spoiler that wouldnt look out of place on a plane..... you get the idea!!!

There is what the si looks like at the mo. but a bit cleaner

the plan is to build a zetec turbo about the 200bhp mark so nothing tire shredding but just the right about, well i think anyway.

I started with a engine from a focus with has been fitted with rs1800 cams and rs1800 manifold and TB.
i have stated to strip the engine down to check its all ok and to fit the decompression plate (2mm one) and two new gaskets

also checking the bottom end plus changing sump to fit in fiesta and get modd'ed with a oil return.

I'v been spending lots of moneys on ebay below is some pics of the engine parts i have got:

i have also spent some moneys on some more trick parts......
Turbo Timer, Gauges, bleed value.......

the car has also been mod'ed before i got it with:

Zetec-S rear beam
RS2000 front brakes
Focus rear brakes
lowered 50mmish
tinted rear window( being removed)
PI spoiler( being removed)

i have just ordered groved, drilled and vented disc's with OMP fast road pads for front and standerd disc's with fast road pads for rear.

Anyone with any advise or comments let me know, and tell me what you think.

Matt

What bleed valve are you using? How much was it, and where from?

Still waiting for bleed value to turn up from the states, they sent the wrong thing so they are re sending it and i cant remem what it was. but when it turns up i will let you know.

just fitted new pads and disc's alround, note to self really bad idea to do this, i have no brakes!!!!

Tom - got the wrong bushes so im going back to ford tomorrow to get the write ones!!!
