Whats the best way of removing them on a 4wd cosworth cylinder head?

take the valves and springs out, then squeeze them with needle nose pliers, but squeese all round till they loosen, then just pull them but dont be to violent!!!!!
eay job once you done 1 or 2 of them you will find it easy.

to remove them if theyre very hard sometimes you have to split them down the side, being very careful not to damage the valve guides.

refitting them i normally use a 12 point socket and a bit of wd40 to push them onto the valve guide

never had any problems doing it this way

yeah, to refit them you just have to push, use oil to slip them on, its nicer.
so how have you got on with it?? did you get them off okay?

Right im not having a good time with these oil seals im on my second set now the i have been oiling them and taping them on with a 12 mm socket and even bought a valve stem installer but the rubber keeps stripping out from the inside ive only managed to get a couple on without damaging the rubber any advice would be super
