Iv not long put a 2.1 zvh in my frst the engine was all prepd by burton and its running 1bar but it seemd to be getting very hot when im around town or if a give it abit of stick iv got a pro alloy rad on it and a big intercooler but this doesnt seem to have made much difference iv also run it with no thermastate in it but this only seems to cool it rite down if im on a open road does anyone have any ideas?

I have my fan wired up to a switch inside, i just whack that on when i'm sat in traffic.

Try some Water Wetter to help drop coolant temps, it works well.
