Between standard cosworth/ford parts and group N parts?

 

Not alot...seems normaly its just a case of more durable materials in case of rubber componants and linings. The Ford Sierra motorsport preperation book is quite good at explaining each item....a worth while buy imo.

 

As said just a bit stronger stuff aimed at motorsport.
