stopped sep 1st 2002. no camera in the cop car, and only 1 copper, no witnesses or complaints , for speeding 71 in a 50.

i filled a complait against the copper who ripped the keys out my evo, turned it off hot, scratched the door and threw me in the back of the volvo.

2 weeks later geta NIP for speeding AND dangerous driving.

after they ajourn it 3 times , get to court in july 7th 2003, (10 months later) i get 12 months ban with extended retest, 500 fine, 320 costs and 5 points. had to pay my solicitor nearly 2.7 K. and i'm still waiting to re take my test as there is a 3 month delay on exteneded retsets at the moment - 50 quid for reapply for provisional, 20 quid for throey, 98 quid for test, plus lessons at 20 quid a throw.


so, grand total (so far ) and im still not back on the road for what should have been a 3 points and 60 quid job, they've cost me.....Ł3700.

after makin me wait nearly a year then banning me for ayear .

and my complait against the copper "sorry sir, insufficient evidence to form a conviction".

so the moral of the story..... lick plods ringpiece , dont put in a complaint,

btw, prior to that. no points, 8 years NCD, clean licence.

second time i was in my cavalier and coasting down a hill after it splutered and died so no idea of speed....was doing 40 and got zapped i parked outside a garage i knew and lifted the bonnet looking to see what was up and got a mouthfull from the copper who thought i was taking the piss

 

Got done at 127mph one night.Out ran two of the ba##ards but they kept radioing ahead.In the end they had everything but the chopper there.28 day ban,400quid fine but no points.I wanted to fight it but my briefs ass fell out.

 

I got a sp30 for doing 60 in a 40 (but it was dual carage way going into southend)

and im wait to hear about the 1 in reading a couple of weeks back sent it all off just waiting now i was doing 58 in a 30 (but again it was fucking dual carrige way)

and they were both due to the fucking Vans first one was in between 3 vans so could'nt even see the wanker

in march 2000 i just piced me 1st car up from being tuned, got done on a 50 limit duel carrageway in bath, the c*nting gatso that got me never used to be plugged in!!!

it had been there 9 months before the plugged the fukka in

88 in a 50

21 day ban, Ł120 fine, Ł35 costs

then i had 3 calims, 2 my fault, i had to do a driving improvement course for Ł120 for going sideways in said 1st car (1.6 mk4 scort) and crashing into a s reg toyota celica, parked on other side of 90 degree bend waiting for her lights to change


since then, i aint been caught!!!

I got 3 points for speeding years ago. The policeman was ginger. nuff said.

I also got 3 for having a passenger in the back of a transit. I was shitting it though cos I thought they'd pulled me over for going sideways round a wet roundabout

Also just got 5 points and a Ł230 fine for 55 in a 30 with the rst, it took them over a year and 8 court apperances to settle it, the fuckers have now lost my photocard licence as well but the two coppers who caught me at the time let me away with going through a garage forecourt which sits besides a set of trafficlights when the they were at red, was doing about 70 at the time as well and was in the same week

Been done for both Dangerous and careless driving plus been let off with loads of other shit so cant complain really

 

120 in a 30 got 3 points and i still contested that

got made to do a extended retest though , should have recived a ban so im not complaining, made me drive a bit slower too having 9 points

Clean at the moment though I'm still waiting to see if I get one like my mate did coming back from TRAX on the A5.

I got away scott free with a list of offenses on the A1m about 8 years ago. That calmed me down so much

2 bans - 1 for no insurance, 1 for dangerous driving (had to retake test for that 1)
3 no MOT's
in total i've had 39 points in 13 years

 

Not even been pulled over once in 5 years of driving

 

1st ban for speeding 65 in a 30 Ł120 fine with no mot
(was a country road, national speed limit into a 30mph zone) not outside a school!

2nd ban 114mph on a motorway sliproad, luckily was slowing down to turn off and still in the motorway section, 100yrds in front was down to 30mph

both a good few years ago so have come and gone off my licence. now all i've got is a red light jumping 3 points

 

Somehow I've managed to keep a clean licence in 12 years of driving!! Don't know how like but there we go. Living in York rocks, hardly any cameras

and the other was having someone on the back and trying to shoot down an alley and the old bill blocking me off!! lc20,

got 3 for 1 'L' plate and 6 for peron on the back, but shit loadsa let-offs for speeding and wheelying so cant really be arsey bout it all.

but i can tel ya now, it gives great satisfaction to make a copper look like a Cl.lNT in court i tell thee!!

copper tried saying i was wheelying down a high street that was all camera'd up, reaking the speed limit, coming up to a bend and they were going the opposite way from me, had to do a 3 point turn in the road and still never lost site of me??

Have recently lost my licence due to points,only 15 mind!
3pts for no insurance x2
3pts for no licence x2
3pts for going through a no entry,for this it took me over the limit and they revoked my licence as i had only had it 18 months,All clean now though just gotta resit my test! DOH!

 

OH and driving while disqualified.

 

As of about 2 weeks ago i have a clean licence!
I did have 6 points for CD10 that was 4 months after i passed my test had to resit that.. since then ive been good!
