stopped sep 1st 2002. no camera in the cop car, and only 1 copper, no witnesses or complaints , for speeding 71 in a 50.

i filled a complait against the copper who ripped the keys out my evo, turned it off hot, scratched the door and threw me in the back of the volvo.

2 weeks later geta NIP for speeding AND dangerous driving.

after they ajourn it 3 times , get to court in july 7th 2003, (10 months later) i get 12 months ban with extended retest, 500 fine, 320 costs and 5 points. had to pay my solicitor nearly 2.7 K. and i'm still waiting to re take my test as there is a 3 month delay on exteneded retsets at the moment - 50 quid for reapply for provisional, 20 quid for throey, 98 quid for test, plus lessons at 20 quid a throw.


so, grand total (so far ) and im still not back on the road for what should have been a 3 points and 60 quid job, they've cost me.....£3700.

after makin me wait nearly a year then banning me for ayear .

and my complait against the copper "sorry sir, insufficient evidence to form a conviction".

so the moral of the story..... lick plods ringpiece , dont put in a complaint,

btw, prior to that. no points, 8 years NCD, clean licence.

i'd have been better off saying i'd nicked the car , had no insurance and was pissed. - FOOOKERS!!!
