Just under the handbake lever I think, or somewhere around there anyway

Check the level of your brake fluid first

Wasn't being funny with you. The handbrake light also acts as a brake fluid level warning light. When the level is lower, as the fluid moves about this can cause the light to flicker

ok cool, but if i check the fluid and its topped up fine where shall i look next for the switch under the brake lever? also for some reason my fuel guage completely drops to empty when im travelling over 60mph but when i slow down to 50 it gives the correct reading again, somebody said it cud be a dodgy sender unit which is located in the fuel tank maybe this is linked. any ideas?

thanks for ur help guys, i checked the fluid level it well above the minimum mark but the black screw cap thing seeped a little till i really tightened it, i reckon with the car makin its natural rocking movents its possible the fluid may for a short moment drop below the predetermined sensor level therefore thinking its low or giving me a warning perhaps no moans there how much do u need ur brakes lol
