I recently bought a power chip for an Ofab rs turbo . Is there any way of fiding out the spec ? ie. 165 bhp or 195 ?

No other markings on it.

 

erm ask the person you bought it of ! :-P

 

Try ccontacting powerchips them selfs and giving the serial number, other than that try it in the car, if it runs on standard injectors with no problems then 165bhp if not then 195bhp

Also buying secondhand chips is dodgy as it could have been mapped to an engine specifaction and you don't know what it is, it may need remap costing £300+ , but normally powerchips are off the self items so should be fine.
