Right, im gonna be putting my car up for sale soon (wont say what as I dont want this to seem like a for sale post and get deleted) and its currently got a de cat on it. Now this is the only modification ive had done.

If you was me, would you simply return it back to standard or leave it on?

Personally im thinking about returning it to standard but im not 100% sure

put it back to standard and then sell the decat off, having a decat might put off potential owners if they have to swap it for the MOT

might be worth keeping it and offering it to a potentioal buyer when they arlooking, that you could fit it for a price...
