what gas to put in suspension reservoirs?

just got some ledas with external reservoirs, and wondered what gas should be used in them? im guessing its not just compressed air?

nitrogen?!

nitrogen mate, it wont mix witht he fluids under heat and compression

We do a few, mainly for the moto-cross boys....

A tame fridge engineer or air conditioning contractor, we use it to pressure test refrigeration systems....
