Okies, my 90spec ERST engine is in an 86 XR2. I did not do the conversion.

However, on looking at it, there is a plug on the head that connects to what looks like a waterway (1 pipe in, 1 pipe out) and the plug looks like the one on the charge carrier, not the small square ones.

However, the water does not flow through the head at the mo, could this cause any issues??

 

You talking about the adapter bolted up with the auxiliary air device?
