Had a proper seat in it at the time.

Basically Mike R went out for a lap after promising him god knows what in return, and as we were milling around the pits, Mike came out of the car grinning like a goon, and telling me I HAD to go out for a spin.

Bit of blaggage and I hopped in. Such a strange car to be in, but he can properly drive! About half way round, it started to rain, and through one corner, we got properly sideways, and ended up having an off, and smashing sideways into the barrier. Quickly pulled up at a convenient place, jumped out, checked that the only major damage was the wing mirror and carried on!

Before that point though, he was giving it 150%. Every corner was sort of drifted - like too much speed carried in to the corner, and scrubbed off sideways, with the car then dragged out the corner with the power. Was very very cool!

 

Awesome Rich, I've seen the clip on youtube and he certainly isn't frightened of it !

How many versions of the ringmini has there been?

 

At the beginning they say it is 36 years old, the blue mini,1.8, 197 PS and weighs 780KG, and that SABINE's mini is over 300KG more, that hers is regular street set up and his is one off for the circuit.

I was expecting the mini to pull ALOT more at the start as well considering the 0-60's ive seen quoted for some vtec minis.
