Whats the most power you can get out of the MFI system
I know the green shed made 275 ATW with it but im talking about everyday people who tune there cars to a reasonable level.
You often see quotes of 260 - 300bhp on MFI
I recon you would get a genuine 250 - 260@fly out of it(
probably wrong i know )

i got 600bhp as i had a single piston dump valve fitted, it let more air flow in
