Can anyone ID this ford colour?

Just trying to find out what this is so I can nip down halfords in the morning and get a few rattle cans!

(Please excuse the pourly photoshopped wheels!)

looks like state blue to me mate, its a dark navy metallic right?

yes mate. can almost look black depending on the direction of the light.
