DIS BLACK S1

Just got this out of the gallery on someones post,and thought id post it here because there has been quite a few posts about the myth or truth of princess di owning a black s1,and heres the proof

yep, it had a normal escort front grill as opposed to a turbo one, there was a reason but cant remember it

yeah when she sold the car in 1988, it went back to fords, the grill was changed for a Proper Series 1 grill, few other bits as well, then the plate was changed.

the grill consaeled two machine guns,as i have the grill

the rear chassie leg on the left had a smoke canister in side and the one on the right had an oil tank,to be used in case of a high speed pursuit-it was never used

Thought she had security guards for that sort of protection.

I knew they changed the grill to a normal Escort grill and I know the number plate that was on the car was removed when the car was sold on.

how many did they make that were black i got told it was 7 and that they made 3 red ones ??? any truth there???? i also didnt think any of the black ones or red existed any more????? im sure someone on ebay was trying to sell a black series 1 shell a while back??? didnt think it could b real???
