How do i get em out without fookin em up ?

I reckon i need the new strips which surrounds the glass so could u DOO look up the correct part numbers for me mate ?

if your gonna replace the rubbers then you can

1. get a stanley knife and cut the window out

2. from inside the car, roll the rubber outwards so it goes over the lip, not too hard but dont drop the glass!!

when putting them back in, start by pushing it in the smallest corner nearest the back of the car, then kinda pull the rubber over the lip of the car.

push em out from the inside, apparantly easiest if u lay on the back seat and push out with u're feet but be careful not to focus too much pressure on one point coz the glass will break. Make sure there's someone on the out side to help ease it out and catch it!

 

I think he means 3dr cosworth lads - if thats the case they are bonded in - the only way to get them out is with cheese wire or a very long thin blade.

Start inside the car and slice through the mastic, running the blade parallel with the glass but be careful as if you touch the glass you will scratch through the black out edging which runs around the glass and it will show up from outside.

This way the window comes out with the plastic edge strip still attached to it.

My new glass and trims came from Ford Germany as they were nla in the uk.

dont bust the trim,you wont get a new one,take them out from the inside,thay will come out
