I have no idea i never really see any answers.

To be honest though without even a CO analyser you can't even set the car up for basic running.

You have the FPR and CO pot to play with in order to get the correct fuelling. I'd fit standard injectors and remove the chip firstly though and see if you can get the idle micture right before jumping in at the deep end.

yea its got a grub screw in the middle.

Not too sure if the fuel pressures are different between the two, but worth getting it checked!

ages ago i rad something about there needing to be pin changes when using the xr3i loom and ofac ecu,i saved the basic info but not the reason why,but im sure whoever it was who posted says it was something about the fueling

here is what i got

1) Pin no. 8 (brown) needs moving to pin 27, which is empty (CO adjuster signal wire)
2) Pin no. 27 (brown/yellow) needs moving to pin no. 45
3) EDIS Module pin 2 (blue/yellow) may now be disregarded as it is not used by the 0FAC ECU (pin 28 on ECU).

i had a fiesta turbo loom whice came with my ecu and compared the two,the only difference between the two was the brown/yellow wire, the brown one that it says needs moving was already in the same place on both looms but the bwown/yellow needed moving on the xr3i loom as it sways above

As far as im aware the OFAC & 31 looms are identical, with the exception of cutting pin 2 of the EDIS plug (Blue/Yellow) wire.

now......an OFAC loom is the only loom ive not had in my hands so i can't vouch for that 100%, ive been going by diagrams.

bassy_g did you continuity test every wire?

i just looked at them side by side mate,i dont even no what a continuity test is.
the pins on the ecu connecter were identical appart from

1.xr3i/orion loom had no amal valve wire

2.the brown/yellow wire was at pin 27 on the xr3i/orion loom and at pin 45 on the ofac fiesta turbo loom
