just trying to get refund as they sent the wrong part and then told me too pay for a new one and when they recieve old one back they would refund me so i did,then when they sent the right manifold it was distorted and didn't sit on the engine at all. i been waiting for refund for 2 weeks

 

Only bought one thing, omex launch control/rev limiter. ordered at 2pm arrived 10am next day. seemed spot on from that point of view. No idea about returns though. Hopefully you get it sorted out I think they do have a habit of selling you things and taking money before they have it in stock though.

Ordered a few parts off them and not had a problem, parts always turn up promptly. Only critiscism is when asking for advice they really dont seem to give a shit on the phone.
