Iv just this minute upgraded from 3x to 10x speed broadband, but the conformation email said the changes will take place today even though on the phone they said 2 days! do i need a new modem? installation CD?

id get more sense asking here than going through to some call centre in pakistan!

 

LOL, i had same prob, i upgraded from 5x to 10x, got it straight away!!

Dont need a new modem, they just update it!

I just upgraded off the net, then went to the pub, got back couple of hours later, and did a speed test, and wuhu i was on 10x!

well on the speed check mines coming up with the lowest being 94.9 kbps and max 116.9 kbps

what should it be if i was on 10x ?
