it could have a boost leak before the turbo , from the exhaust manifold where the turbo bolts ??
split in intercooler hose ??
or the waste gate on the turbo might not be sealing causing a boost leak ??

ha yea i checked that cos it happened to my cossie once
is exactly the same as when the actuator arm has fallen off though.
would an intercooler leak do this as i thought the turbo would still spool up then boost leak out?? sooo frustrating
