Default Blue smoke!!!!

what are the likely cause's of it?? my mate was following me today and he said when i nailed it he said it was puffing out blue smoke not alot just a mist. got the missus to drive it up the road and every time she changed gear it would puff a little bit out. should i be worried. im just about to rebuild the head. i dont really want to splash out any more cash on it.

As above mate, could be any number of things, i'd be inclined to think turbo oil seals though

If its smoking under acceleration could be worn piston rings or blocked breather... or any of above. Get it looked at.

EDIT: If its on gear change... likely to be turbo seals.

the turbo is fairly new from what the previous owner said it is only a standard t3 turbo though is there any way i could check these things my self? as the closest decent cossie tuner is in plymouth which is roughly 2 hours driving from me.

if you find it to be the turbo, it can be reconditioned, and back on your car within 5 days
you just need to know someone who can provide such a good service with 6 months warranty on all serviceable parts, and at a shockingly afforadable price

pm me for details....
