Watching football last night and the hear helen screeming down stairs.
So rushed down to hear helen saying there is a rat in the house, after looking around found this cute little bundle..
We leaved it outside last night hoping the mum would come back, but she didnt so Helen phoned the RSPCA and they said to try and keep it out side.
Helen found the cat basket and filled it with loads of paper and leaved it by the back door.. Went to bed hoping that it would find its mum.
Check this morning and it was still there poor little fella, The RSPCA will be collecting it this morning, to find it a new home
good on you for taking the time to look after it! looks very cute there!
my folks have got a couple of ducks that keep coming round every night at about 4pm - they get a bowl of water and some bread, tuck in, have a kip and sod off till the next day
been coming round for just over a week now

I really wanted to keep him !! But then they are full on fleas etc and could never really have him in the house, Plus if you start feeding them and the others get wind of it you end up with 10 or more hungrey Squrrels on your doorstep
Hes was so cute tho, Called him Basil
I cant belive he was that tame tbh, He had no problems with dave picking him up, most would make a run for it.

I used to go to a park where i lived in Co Durham, and they were quite tame in there, but they would never come and sit on you and eat out of your hand etc etc
I have always liked Squirrels, i know some people see them as rats with bushy tails LOL As long as i dont have any in my loft, i'm ok with them.
I wish i had kept him now, He will have been taken away by the RSPCA now
I'd have kept it...bless.
We had a bat that kept coming to the window every night for months..one night he got in and was sitting on the sofa with my mum for about an hour...
just totally weird what these things will do...and then he just didn't come anymore...
Bloody animals..

we used to have a badger that came in every night and i could feed him at my feet but since the dogs we had to block his entrance or the dogs would have got out
