I run just a normal gap, full of pretty much nothing. I tried a gap t-shirt once and the handling didn't seem much better. The gap on mine is kinda round and follows the whole wheel arch over the tyre.

Yeah it looks ok but to be honest its to low it casue probs! like exhaust grounding out and the diff has been hitting the floor when i boot it Didnt know it could hit the floor but i got ground out marks on it!! lol

So will have to get some higher poundage springs in it to stop it squating to much!

Rhys when i see your car it makes me wonder why they cant make a rear spring with proper height.

Ive got AVO standard height springs on my 4x4 and the fronts are great but the back look redicilous, i can get my hand in between the tyre and arch.

Seems its either too low or too high? Or can someone recommend a good spring?

you may laugh, but mine was lower than rhyses car lastnite i adjusted the front down a TAD too low the 1st time round... lol the tyres was resting on the inner arch liner

anyway i got em with about a 1cm gap at the moment, still needs raising, its just a pain to keep jacking up, adjusting, testdriving etc. etc. especially considering its too low to get a trolleyjack under and you need to use the std ford jack... lol

spiky, mine's lower

i was surprised at just how much you gotta adjust em to make any difference...

the difference between 18 exposed threads and 25 exposed threads is about 15mm!!!

I can get two fingers between the tyre and the arch and TBH it could probably do with being raised a bit. Problem is it looks good as it is so I probably wont bother

20mm, 30 mm drop at the front.

That way, it actually handles!
