Im replacing the wishbones on my Escort, the only thing is it says i should use the Torque to yield method, so does this mean i tighten the inner bolts to 50nm, then drop the car down slacken off "completely?" then retighten to 50 nm whilst on the grond tightening a further 90 degrees?

any help would be appreciated.
