Default ZVH Engine Oil Cooling

I am near finishing this zvh 2.1 that i have built but i was thinking how do i go about cooling the engine oil as alot of the zvh engines i see in some of your motors have no cooling what so ever,i am running a sandwich plate between the oil pump & oil fillter for my oil temp & pressure guages i have then 2 ports spare to run a oil cooler on is this the best way to do it???
if anyone can tell me what they run or better still post some pics that would be spot on

Depends how high youre oil temp gets,if it does'nt get high, there's no need to run a oil cooler.

i have a 310bhp zvh in my s2 and it gets hot iv got a mocal oil cooler fitted which has made the oil temp ok now. it depends on what power you are running cos when mine was 220bhp it ran fine without the cooler but as soon as i fitted dta managment and turned the boost up to 26psi i could not run without it. il get some photos and post them up soon

I had a ZVH 2.0l it had a mocal oil cooler, and temp guage/sender fitted in the sump plug.
I use to run the oil temp at 105 to 115 deg C.
I found that after a period of high power running at 30psi the temp would get upto 130 deg C.
I did not use the sandwich plate heat exchanger, I used a mocal 13 row oil to air cooler.
Simon.

Difficult to say? You need to check the oil temp.
But in my experiance at 15psi you normaly dont require a cooler.
