im thinking of doing a zvh convertion on my erst,but bit unsure coz worried bout blowing up gearboxs every few week,iv already got a stage 2 turbo fount mount grs and a kent cvh35 cam,i wouldnt be able 2 afford a management upgrade so would a 5th injector kit be suitable.any advice would be realy helpfull, or would i be better rebuilding my cvh useing some low comp pistons, i want a relible fast car bout 200/220bhp.thanks

 

i have a 1.8 zvh running similar spec and i'm running a 5th inj set up and i've had no probs at all with it running about a bar boost on standard skimmed zetec pistons it's bloody quick i've gave a rb5 impreza a run for it's money on acceleration only the bloody break's let me down ..but ye i have no complaints about the 5th inj

 

what sort of 5th injector set up r u useing coz speed shack do a kit for 130 duno if they r any good tho
