i have a 1.8 zvh running similar spec and i'm running a 5th inj set up and i've had no probs at all with it running about a bar boost on standard skimmed zetec pistons it's bloody quick i've gave a rb5 impreza a run for it's money on acceleration only the bloody break's let me down
..but ye i have no complaints about the 5th inj
