What should i be setting the toe and camber to, front and rear on an RS500 for fast road and track use?
And same again for straight lining?
And same again for straight lining?
It is difficult to say, as people prefer different settings - how do you like to drive thecar / how do you like it to handle?
1. Quick turn in with nervous straight line stability (toe-out).
2. Slow turn in with straight line stability (toe-in).
3. Throw the car into the corners (high speed cornering) and relying on lots of front end grip (lots of camber).
4. Steer the car on the throttle around the corners (slow speed cornering) (not too much camber).
Different people prefer different handling traits....
.
Mine is set up for slow-turn in, but lots of stability, as I like to throw the car into the corners and lean on the grip (4x4 though....), so toe-in and LOTS of negative camber
