resizing a pic for an avatar

hello

could somebody please re-size the below pic to 105 x 105 but put 5 clearly visible gold stars along the bottom of the picture under the cup once its done please?

How can that little picture be 12kb???? Avatars need to be 5kb to be accepted

god this re-sizing stuff confuses me!!!
