hi guys was just wondering whats the best camshaft to go for on the s2, what ones are you using?

 

Unless you want to fu*k up the way your car runs or live on a track stick with the standard item.

isit best to stick to a standard ford one or would a piper or kent be good?

 

newman with solid lifters way forward now last longer and better gains

Kent CVH35, had in mine for 4 years, very reliable, don't even have to think about it, offers good performance

 

iv got a kent cvh 35 which transformed the car when i was runing it in a 1600cc cvh with just a chip its now in the same car but with a zetec bottom end the car makes 310 bhp and the cam is still fine after 5years
