Default help/advice needed please (zetec turbo)

ok i realy cant decided which way to go and what to do next with my zetec turbo project.
so if i tell u all what ive got and what i want maybe some of the people with past experience will be able to guide me in the right direction.

basicially ive got:

zetec bottom end bored to take c20let pistons, oil returns drilled.
c20let pistons.
zetec-erst exhaust manifold adaptor.
zetec-frst inlet manifold adaptor.
frst inlet manifold and fuel rail.
zetec head with standard cams.
ofab ecu.
pace intercooler

and im looking for a zetec turbo somewhere around the 350bhp mark.

money and time are issues as im in no major rush, but obvisioly dont want to spend money just for the fuck of it.

my plan was to get the bottom end finished first and then move onto the head.
but im not sure what to do about rods/pistons.
i know i have the let pistons, but rods to go with them are quite dear.
but if i went for uprated pitsons and rods, would i need a different block.

any advice would be great. also any reccomended places to by things would be handy.

cheers in advance

thats cheating. lol

im building it from scratch and specing it the way i want it.
and so i know what its capable of.
i'd hate to be driving it hard and wondering if a rod was gonna snap if u know what i mean.

also ive always wanted to build my own engine. even if its just to learn about them
