my head unit is playing up ive owned it for about a year and if i put a cd in the slightest bump makes the cd jump or stop it is about a year old and its not a cheap sony head unit i paid 300 quid for it last year..!!!

 

any ideas?

 

my mate had the same problem with a Kenwood headunit.. he took it in for repair and the shop did something with the laser. Seemed to cure the problem
