Whats involved in a Set-up at Grove Garage?

Whats involved in a Set-up at Grove Garage?
Booked in for Saturday and just wondered what they do / check. Been quoted £200 for a check over and set-up so just wondering what exactly they do for this. Anyone know?

Heard good stuff about Grove from people on here and my car apparently has a bayjoo stage 1 map so I guess it seemed natural to take it there, or possibly MSD but they are about 300 miles away!
Can you run through what they do? Also, how long does it take? Do you leave it with them and come back or hang around etc?
