Does anyone have any idea what the (rough) value of alloy is per kilo at the moment?

Cheers

Its some old ally wheels I have kicking about in the garage that could do with being removed, so weighing them in would be a treat

remove the wheel weights and valves as they will classit as clean then and get a better price, around here it's about 7 quid a wheel, 14inch dogleg alloy was 6.80 each.

Amazing how quick it can happen sometimes, a mate of mine phoned up one day and was quoted 2300, so took it in next day and got paid out 2900
