Do you mean a manual for the Cosworth, or for a 'normal' Sapphire?

Haynes will do the job for most bits, then the Ford Workshop manuals for the Cossie related parts (which is/was available in printed format) which covers 3dr, Sapphire 2 & 4wd & EsCos LT & ST. There's also a suplemental manual for the RS500.

most of the ones on cd are copies of the printed version and to be honest not that good quality , basically every page has been scanned and put into a pdf file , on the ones i have seen there is a lot of shadowing where the binder is on the original

hell of a lot cheaper though

 

I got mine from Ebay for 99p! It's pretty good to be honest, not too dark and well worth a punt

worth it if you've got a computer you want to stick it all on rather than wade through page after page with oil fingers

at least you can wash the keyboard

 

i got the book

cost me £64 from pj motorpsort a god few years ago

i find it better as i dont have a pc in the garage

and to save me coimng in and out the house loading it up etc

ive seen some which look like proper ford books blue ocver, where as mine is just a binder with photcopied papers of it id say,
