My girlfriend recently bought herself a Ka , after het Fiesta RS1800 got wrecked.

Now was I wondering if it is possible to build the 1800 Zetec engine from the fez in the Ka.
Has this ever been done? And what would have to be changed for this to run properly?

 

Get hold of a Blakey adaptor plate to start.
Then get onto MyKa.org,theres a few people in the middle of putting 1800/2000 zetec and Focus RS lumps in Kas.
You should get all the help you need from them.Good luck

Its dead simple, should be easier witht eh rs1800 than a 2.0mondeo or similar.

the only real difficult part is the wiring really.
