Default Fitting cam on CVH!

Sorry I know its the wrong room but I need some quick answers

Does anybody know if I lube the cam before putting in head or do i just do lifters only?

Also Do I have to release the springs to get cam in and out or just the rockers? Thanks

Don't touch the springs.

You don't have to use lube on the bearings/journals, oil will do, but coat the lobes and followers with plenty of cam lube. Take the rockers off completely. If you don't have new rocker nuts, then use some threadlock when torquing them back up.

just to add you really need newtappets if they arent included as part of your cam kit (ie if you bought the cam on its own) otherwise you could fuck the cam in about 200 miles!
