how hard is it to fit a COSWORTH engine into a focus????

In theory no!!!!
The transmission tunnel, turrets, engine mounts and bulk head all need modification.
A1 Rally Sport will do all this work for about Ł3500.... All ready for the running just to plonk in place

I agree totally, give Steve Scott a ring and have A1 do the work. Their spot on, and very quick. I believe there are a few spare Focus shells in the yard already Cossie prepared!
