Default Vernier Cam pulley bolt torque?

Just fitted and timed up the vernier pulleys on my engine, but it doesnt say in the paperwork what to torque the little bolts to?

its not gonna be a lot as they are into alloy, so will like 10NM and locktite etc do?

ps

Use thread lock on them, so that even if they release the grip on the pulley they dont let it spin totally, although hopefully they will never do either!
