Me and my mate just took the block out my s2. left gearbox in and just lifted block out. really amusing to watch apparently:s the two of us lifted the block out withou a hoist. never agin. gotta get a hoist now to put new lump back in so didnt save anything really lol will post some pics in a minuite

 

It will go in without a hoist as well. Takes some swearing for 15 minutes, but not enough to fund a hoist if it's only for one time use.
