Default Opinions please

Please post your opinions on changing my car from The blue it is now similar to pic 1 to jewel violet in pic 2. Car will be having a respray soon either way but always liked jewel violet and thinks it looks good.Mine will be sporting different rims but otherwise same.

Big thanks to Jimmermac for the photoshop.

I personally wouldnt have a colour change if it were mine, mainly due to the fact it will limit the market when you come to sell it and more than likely de-value the car.

However, it does look good in the pic.

Jewel violet is An escort cosworth colour

Limited market Mmmm maybe

Devalue car why i can see how it would make difference with say my old 3dr cos as it only come in 3 colours but these come in various colours anyway and will be getting painted either way just maybe not original colour. BMW do a similar colour called techno violet but AFAIK not on this car mainly e36 m3's i believe. So cant see if being out of the ordinary that way

Not like i painting it yellow or orange

And painting it different purely to be different than all the other bmw's out there.I use my indicators as well
