If its the one in wolverhampton/wilenhall, they're good. have bought sub & amp & head unit from them in past. Just up the road from PJ's.

 

I've bought from one of the stores in Birmingham, they were good, and they cut me a deal as I wanted a full system. Might be worth paying a trip to your nearest store if it aint to far! But don't know of anyone who's ordered online!

 

I bought some 6x9 JBL speakers from them with no probs

They were a complete nightmare with my CD changer. Got it quick enough but it just wouldn't work. Phoned them up and they told me I must have fitted it wrongly. I've fitted numerous stereo installs over my years and you can't wire a Kenwood changer up wrong if you try. They tried fobbing me off and told me it would have to be sent away for inspection and became very rude very quickly. I ended up having to threaten to go to trading standards before they sent out a replacement.

Might have been a one off but I certainly won't buy from them again.

although I did use them recently for a £70 Kenwood MP3 head unit

I basically went in for a Quality sub, JL Audio 12w3

I was told that 2 of their "twister" subs would be much better, "because its 2 12's therefore twice the air movement"

I bought them

Im not taking ANY advice from them again, utter shite.........

Word of advice, go on talkaudio forums, get the model numbers you want, and ONLY buy them from BJ if you like the price

DONT listen to what they recommend!

Have to say those guys were superb when I purchased my Alpine from them just before Christmas. Superb service and great prices.
