Default Boost problems..Anyone help?

Hope someone can help...
I had a new inlet gasket fitted to the saph today to cure the 3 cylinder idle and misfire.
Driving back, the car has developed a new fault. Under hard acceleration - ie full throttle, you get about 3 seconds of boost, then a sudden *cough*. car lurches, then back on boost.
Anything other than full throttle is fine.
Someone told me i've got a 2wd throttle position sensor on a 4wd car.
How can I tell?
Any ideas / sugestions appreciated!

Not convinced it is the tps. Any other ideas what could cause it?
Its almost like the engine dies for a second on full throttle around 3000revs.
Other than that it runs a treat.

Appreciate the help everyone!
