shuting of the turbo
ive heard some were that theres a way to shuut the turbo of for motorway driving conecting to a botton in the car
wanting to do this as 70mph in my car is about 3000 revs just were my turbos kicking in, i do have a boton in the car which i was told was for this but dosent seem to do anything
something about cutting into the wires to the amal valve

You'll never stop the turbo spooling up completely, well not on a switch anyway - you can have it so you can turn the boost right down.
The only way to stop it completely would be to have the wastegate wide open, and as long as the wastegate is closed you need boost to open it, if that makes sense
- but it would be about as fun to drive as the diesel engine mk4's came with
