well here is my OLD one
gutted i sold it and dont even know why i did i only finished putting it together on the friday and sold it on the saturday for a tidy proffit mind but that still dont help
never mind here's a few pics.







all done in 3 days from start to finish on my own and outside my house on the floor
but i foookin loved it

The black one and red one are fooking gorgeous!! wish I had done that instead of my 3i now.

Converted my xr3i from start to finish if you need to ask anything. Putting up a post in next day or 2 with pics and descriptions

ram spec is
1820 CVH (sierra) bottom end
7.5-1 forged piston
steel H beam rods
FRST big vavle head
Piper cam
Cossie managment running a SECS s8 ECU
Just fitted a T34 with a .48 housing should be close to 280-300bhp when i FINALLY get around to sorting the exhaust out.

It's a PACE intercooler core (same size as 2 x 2WD cossie items) with the end tanks made by Lee @ Fusion fabrication.
