Im currently looking into putting a 2.0 Zetec into a Mark 5 fiesta (Zetec S shape)

The car in question is a 1.25 zetec with digital clocks.

If i used a mondeo lump or a focus 2.0 lump what would be the best gearbox to use with the engine and would it mate up with the 1.25 driveshafts or would i need to fit different driveshafts?

The fiesta also has power steering and air con, can i use the aircon and pas pump from the donor 2.0 engine

Finally management.....what would people suggest to use and can i keep the existing 1.25 ecu to run all the electrics etc in the car?

Any other comments, possible problems i may encounter very welcome please
