Im right in saying turbos with BB cores need LESS oil flow to them or they fuck up right?

How much less? Is there a certain size pipe to use, or some restrictor to put on to limit the flow or what?

the guy i bought my GT28R said should use an oil restrictor in it. not heard of any other 200SX owners doing it, so i've not bothered atm. main reason, i don't know where to find one

 

Ive heard of it said on here by people running the GT series ones.

As il need a new oil feed pipe i may as way buy the correct sized piping in the first place rather than a restrictor i guess, but fook knows what size...

 

i got a braided hose from Apex Performance, i'm kind of hoping this does the job as he sells GT series turbos and recomends these feeds with them

about £30

 

I gotta work out what length too, but wont know that till turbo n manifold are bolted up really so no hurry, was just wondering as it sprang to mind.
