has anyone fitted the megasquirt v3 to a zetec 2.0 which is fitted in my ford ka, i received my ecu today and just a bit stuck on which wires go where, by the looks of the wires not all the sensors are gonna be used, theres 17 wires to connnect, just need a push in the right direction,

What exact wires/sensors are giving you the trouble? You can't suppose We'll give you a complete pin to pin installation guide do you?

 

i just need to know where certain wires connect to: it didn't come with any information, the wires i need to know are:

blue/white - IAC-A ?
blue/white - IAC-A ?
green/white - IAC-B ?
green/white - IAC-B ?
black - i'm guessing is earth?
brown - pin 36?

also theres two wires coming out of the ecu? grey/green orange/green

the wires which look easy enough are:

grey - ignition - switched live
pink - o2 - oxygen sensor
blue - inj1 - injectors 1&2
green - inj2 - injectors 3&4
yellow - coolant - coolant temp sensor
grey - tps vref - throttle position
ble - tps sig - throttle position
violet - fuel pump - fuel pump
red 12vdc - permanent live
green - f idle - idle control valve
orange - iat - air inlet temp sensor

Did your MS come wires wires? If so, then it's something unique, and we possibly can't quess the wires for you. You better get the wiring charts out and check all the connections.
