As above, check for air leaks. Also have a look at the flap in the metering unit to make sure its not sticking and make sure the one way valves in the engine breather pipe and brake servo pipe are operating correct.

Can you identify what you are losing/why the engine is cutting out at all?

Fuel related?

ignition related?

Reading your origional post, with the air screw at max and the co reading you have i would still go for an air leak somewhere.

If you unscrew the idle screw too far it makes a fairly substantial air leak.

Reminds me how much i hate MFI

I rescrew the idle screw, it's better but it's still diying :/

its not an ignition problem, I didn't touch distributor etc.

I will recheck for an air leak tomorrow

Jesus you are lucky it is even running with the idle so lean.
Forget air leaks, no ENGINE IS GOIN TO RUN THIS LEAN.
Reset your CO to 2% ie 2.0%, then see all your problems gone.
It is really trying to run on air, turn your idle CO screw so that it is 2%, the reason it is needing so many revs is because this moves the flap allowing more fuel.

Can I set up the CO without "CO meter" just for test ?
I found a Technical Contro Centerl (The MOT in france) which can help me in the week, but I must make ~15miles to go there, I'm very lean I don't want fo**** my engine newly rebuilt :/

get it on a CO analyser, any MOT testing place (or your equivalent) should have one!

Its not a rolling road tune and doesnt guarantee your fuelling at high revs/boost but you can set the idle emissions up as a starting point!

jack of al trades- You can set up by yourself idle mixure, you turn little clockwise, and go to MOT. I think you cannot break nothing because co screw hasnt much with driving under boost and fueling udder boost (i think)

Its actually on the throttle body, same side as the TPS. Big screw on the underside you can't miss it

If its idling high though you may find your auxiliary air device is stuck open, high idle on an RS is very unusual
